This policy applies to seo.codexal.co and related tools operated by Codexal. External sites (e.g., payment links or docs) are governed by their own policies.

Data we process

The SEO checker runs locally in your browser; your title, meta and keywords are not sent to our servers. When using Page Speed, the URL you provide is sent to our server to run a cURL request and measure TTFB/total/throughput. We do not persist these inputs; however, they may appear temporarily in standard server logs.

• SEO Checker: browser-side processing (no storage).
• Page Speed: send URL to server for measurement and return metrics.

Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (no cross-site tracking) to understand aggregate usage—e.g., visits and popular pages. No personal identifiers are collected.

Cookies & local storage

We do not use tracking cookies. We may use browser localStorage to keep your tool state (e.g., recent inputs and language). You can clear it from your browser settings.

Server logs

Our infrastructure may keep short-lived access logs (e.g., IP address, timestamp, requested resource, status code) for security and debugging. Logs are retained for a limited period and auto-purged.
